Purpose:
This manual contains the governance and school district policies of the Jerome Jt. School District No. 261 Board of Trustees, and the major administrative procedures and forms intended to implement the policies.

Policy development in a modern, forward-looking school district is a dynamic, on-going process. New problems, issues and needs give rise to the continuing obligation to develop additional policies or to revise existing ones. In the interest of harmony, efficiency, uniformity of interpretation, coordination of effort, and in fairness to all concerned, the Board makes these manuals available to all who are affected by its policies and procedures.

How to Use This Manual:
To navigate through the Table of Contents on the left, select the name of the section you wish to search or navigate by clicking on the () hyperlinked text.  This will take you to a screen with subsection headings.  To navigate by the index, click on the subsection link next to the () sign selected and navigate to the specific policy document. 

For searcing by words, phrases, or other identifiers, type your selected text in the Policy Search box on the left and strike enter.  Your search results can be refined and ordered before selecting the Policy name to view with the tools at the top of the page.
